Elvis Costello and the Imposters plan webcast

On Monday, May 14th, 2007, Elvis Costello and his band, The Imposters, will be performing a special live webcast at 8:25pm. The performance is to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of his groundbreaking debut album, My Aim is True and he will perform songs from his newly released The Best of Elvis Costello: The First 10 Years and Rock and Roll Music, a collection of hits, key album tracks, B-sides and rare, previously unreleased cuts.

The event will go down via this page on the Late Night with David Letterman website.

Sound the Alarm Today we’ve got the first new track from Sound the Alarm‘s upcoming full length. The record is titled Stay Inside and is due out July 17, 2007. It is the follow-up to Sound the Alarm which was released in 2006.

The Number Twelve Looks Like You to release teaser EP

The Number Twelve Looks Like You has announced that they’ll be releasing a four song EP exclusively through Hot Topic May 22. The EP will feature the new song “Sleeping With The Fishes, See?” from their forthcoming full-length Mongrel.

Mongrel, the follow-up to Nuclear. Sad. Nuclear., will see a June 19 release.
