Paramore: “Decode (Acoustic)”
Paramore have launched an acoustic version of their new track, “Decode.” The song comes from the soundtrack to the upcoming film Twilight. The film is due in theatres November 21st. Along with one other song from Paramore, the soundtrack is expected to include a remixed “Supermassive Black Hole” from Muse, and a song from Perry Farrell.

Aram Arslanian talks Champion, Betrayed, Victory Records
The awesomely named Aram Arslanian of Champion, Betrayed, The Vows and the The First Step recently sat down for a lengthy interview about his many projects, and his unusual experience with Tony Brummel of Victory Records which went went, but had some amusing over-the-top moments that need to be seen:
He talked a lot about killing people and in regards to records sales. And then he leaned back and said “Victory Records has the biggest guns, and I’m holding all the bullets. Pull the trigger. It was terrible but at the same time it was also an interesting experience. Tony was very gracious and very polite to us.

Taking Back Sunday are in the final stages of work on their new album and have also announced the title for the follow up to 2006’s Louder Now:
Alright we’re still putting the finshing touches on the album but we did want to tell you that we came up with a title. The next Taking Back Sunday album will be called NEW AGAIN.
The album is expected in 2009.
