BF3 - So much for "exclusive content"

    All "Limited Edition" copies 'should' have this for free... Other then that, wouldn't you want everyone to have access to it so you have more people to play with?

    Yah but the "original selling point" was that the people who pre ordered were getting Karkand and those that bought after would have to wait "up to 6 mo" before the Karkand map was released to general public.

    AND.

    All the perks for pre order were not suppose to ever be released to the general great unwashed.


    - 10 Iconic BF2 weapons
    - 8 New personal customization camos
    - 3 New vehicles
    - 5 New Achievements/Trophies
    - 10 New custom dogtags
    - New persistence with 12 assignments


    All were suppose to be for "Pre order customers ONLY"
    I guess they were.

    - for 3 days.

    I haven't seen a server for it yet, does this mean it is now released?

    Yes you can purchase it now.
    Honestly not getting Karkand expansion was the one driving reason I almost pre-purchased even though I did not want the game -

    I assume I'll get it sometime (maybe (- hell it took me about 3 years after CoD4 to get any COD titles))
    But now that "Exclusive content" means 3 days earlier than public release - I'm glad I did not.

    From what I have seen, no servers yet... "Later this year" is all I have seen so far...

    So pre-release content that is not playable and then anyone can purchase it but still not play it?
    What gives EA?

    How is that a plus?

    That is exactly what I was wondering. Honestly, I don't give a poop about it being exclusive or not, I mean the more people with access to play it the better it'll be for me. But the fact I can't get at it is annoying.

    But again, I haven't spent any time reading about this game. Time is at a premium and reading about the game doesn't meet the threshhold.

    I have been wondering why when I filter just for the Karkand Expansion I am constantly getting nothing available.

    So when are they going to let me see the reqorked maps...

    The last thing I just read said December.

    I kind of feel like I was lied to about this. I actually went straight to Karkand to see the reworked maps and was like WTF, why aren't there any servers playing this?
