GamersRadio BF2 Server Rules

    These are the updated rules for our server. They should require no clarification but if you are particularly thick you can request more detail in this thread.

    Our admins will try to be fair and we will not kick/ban you for simply kicking our asses. That being said, here are the rules:


    1. Uncaps are off limits to anyone except special ops destroying assets. This includes stealing vehicles.

    2. You are a guest in our house. Show respect to the admins and other players.

    3. DICE has failed to fix the cheats and bugs in BF2. If we see anything suspicious, we will kick/ban.

    4. Don't like our rules, deal with it or pay for your own server.


    Our procedure is to warn first, then kick, then ban if your behavior is not in accordance with our rules. However, exceptions will be made to this rule when the admins are presented with exceptional tardishness (or is it tardism?) and we will skip right to the banning.

    Oh well, guess I'll have to live with it. Eh, when it;s just me doing it, and and givin em hell, it's funny. When the numbers climb a bit, though, it gets to be a pain in the arse. So yep, I'll live with it, understanding why it's there, and find other, new ways to frustrate the enemy. Goodness knows I'm not a single facet hater.

    Unsure I agree with the stealing vehicles part. We sneak into enemy territory to blow sh^% up and jump in their tanks or APC's all the time. If they steal your copter then it is your own fault
    I just do not like them coming in, stealing them and sitting there shooting everyone that spawns.

    My idea of the rule would be "No going into uncaps except to steal or blow up assets. Do NOT remain there under any circumstance! Do your dirty deed and GO!"

    I can live with it though if this is what you want. I can understand the all or nothing approach.

    I admi I usually continue blowing up the other vehicles. I don;t usually leave. and I make it a point to not fire on those spawning until they fire at me. I just take the tank usually, and rip into every vehicle I can... planes an helos included (I don't often take aircraft unless their pilots are just owning us, I'm useless in the pilot position anyway). I can, and keep doing it... alone... until someone kills me. which usually doesn't take that long, but there's usually about 7 or 8 players trying to kill me as I do this, and that's 7 or 8 players not focusing on the rest of the map. Usual story/method, Piss them off so that I'm such a distraction it gives everyone else on the team a chance to get some real work done. I won't deny feed off of the frustration of my opposition. It;s a true evil at my core. I figure so long as I keep it in a gaming environment I have some healthy control over it.
