New WWII Mod for BF2

Talk about bad timing. Releasing a mod on the day the new game comes out. Of course, I wouldn't know anything about that. Ahem, WWII mod for BFV.... Ok, it was slightly after BF2's release, but it killed any hope of getting play time.

What I like about this is the focus on the Pacific Theater. I don't have BF2 installed on my Windows 7 machine, but I may load it up just in the hopes that there is one server playing this.

Anyone else interested?

Looks like the CoD WWII game to me.....

XWWII mod is actually an old BF42 mod that was in the vein of Forgotten Hope but more "realistic" if I recall correctly. I'm assuming that this follows the same path, but haven't read through to find out.

Oh, I didn't know about the realism. Blah.....

In BF1942 the tanks all made 1-shot kills. Experience World War II was fun in single player for BF1942. I couldn't agree with you more about the bad timing of this release. Unfortunately BF2 was so hard to mod that all of the BF2 mods came out years too late, let alone the BF2 1.5 patch to fix the engine.
