I must say I'm impressed. At the heart, it's the same, but it's so much more.

I just wish BF42 would get this same treatment. I can't even imagine how awesome it would be.

Definitely looks a lot better. I forgot how hazy and washed out much of BF2 was. A similar thought struck me when I played BFBC2 for the first time. It just looked so much better I was amazed.

Nope. I call bullshit. It was not anywhere near that washed out. Maybe with video settings changes it was, but not how I played.

Yah it was tan but not Sand Storm tan with little or no view distance -
My BF2 was far less Sand Storm, more color, and a far greater view distance.

But BF3 does look sweet with out a doubt.

Yea, there were a lot of people calling BS on all the sand. I remember it being brown, but not like that. Either way, the new game does look incredible. I love how they stayed true to the original, while adding to it.
