    I'm not sure what the point is other than for fun like the forklifts you could drive in BF2 (or was it some mod?). I drove one for about 30 seconds the other night before falling victim to someone in an IFV.

    Yah BF2 you could drive forklift and they were unstable as hell.

    One of the realism mods let you drive any vehicle.. even the civvie flatbeds.. perfect shooting platforms..

    Trucks and regular cars that are on the maps need to be driveable. Maybe via a "hotwire/vehicle hack training" unlock.

    That would be excellent. There's many times I've needed a quick ride with nothing around except locked civilian vehicles.

    BF76 or whatever it was called was a lot of fun. They just didn't have enough maps.
