    Why don't they give current users there 500 damn points when they join first!
    They want new players but are pissing them off. No excuse for this after almost a month!!!!

    I just submitted yet another ticket!!!!!! If I do not have 1000 points when they bill me again at the end of this week, then I am canceling the entire thing. I will also probably stop playing.

    I just read that if you leave the store open for extended periods of time, it might increase your chances of getting you points in the next 48 hours.
