Save your Wiz/Sor scrolls please - I'll need them to inscribe in to my *sigh* new toons spell book.

I gain new spells every other level at the trainer - but can inscribe any spell in to my spell book from scrolls as we go along with out needing a new level or a trainer, just need the scroll.

Why don't you just get it over with and start a barbarian, fighter, sorcerer, paladin, and monk too. We know that's where you are going 😀
I will save some spells. I think I already have a wand of serious repair for either him or Bbender.

Duck, what made you decide to take a Wizard over a Sorcerer? If I ever get time to roll an alt, I was planning a Warforged Sorcerer with a splash of Monk for good measure....
Sorc does have 2x the SP and faster casting - but you get only the spells you choose from your trainer when you level - you can only change one spell every three days and each level change cost about 30,000 gold per level - so exchanging a 4th level spell for a different 4th level spell is 120,000 gold then a three day cool off before another change.
Also spell can ONLY be changed at trainer.
That's the same for the Favorite Soul - P.I.T.A. but I lknow what spells I wanted going in so I've yet to change one on Durrzo.
Wizard can learn every finger wiggler spell there is, by getting them from the trainer at leveling time, or getting the scrolls and inscription material any time. They can change spells in Inns and at rest shrines.
So over all for our play style Wizard is more Swiss army knife where Sorc is a fixed blade, task specific.
I've already bought 80% of all the 1, 2 and 3rd level spells and inscribed them - for versatility sake just to have.
Almost made 6 today but the party wiped and we lost all EXP.... then level 7 I get fire wall.
Already have Extend, Maximize and Empower as meta magic feats - so my fireballs and Ice lance are hitting over 100HP (I can only throw about 4 before all SP are used up.... but they work real good....)
Sucks being 5th level and having 58 hp..... but I do carry moderate and Critical repair already - nice about WF and Wiz.... self repair.
And like the Ranger - I really just stay in the back or sides and pick targets off from a distance, and run when attacked.
If I feel like it I may roll the same in sorc just for comparison but I want fire wall first then I may mess around some more.
