What you need to do also is contact Turbine support and submit a ticket to remove your CC information from their system if you were VIP an had auto billing.

Log on to your account, dig around until you find support center, up top will be a tab called support center, second choice on page is submit a ticket - and one of the drop downs will be account information and second drop down will be CC billing information
Follow the bouncing ball to submit a ticket to remove your CC info.
