Are you guys up for starting this run on Wednesday evening? I can be there about 9 CST.

Any tips or suggestions Duck?

I should be able to be there... Can't wait it''ll be fun, I need to remember to reset my delera's so I can get the cool loot.

I'll give my usual "probably". I'll make the attempt to be there but I can give no guarantees at this point.

Should be there too.... all undead Atomm.
Low, mid and greater level skeletons, Arcane - so bring the highest "+" to hit/damage Club / Mace / Morningstar (Bludgeoning weapon)

Wrights, ghasts ghouls - ghost tough weapons (or Holy / Righteous / Good)

Turn undead. Searing light (Also in Cookie from Festival), Dismissal. Banishment spells, remove curse from shamans is good to have to Bubba.

Nothing so great to inflict rot or mummy's curse so disease immunity (I believe) is not needed.

Some traps, but as long as we do not go elite we can walk through them - sonic, acid, cold and fire.

10,000 gold to bribe your way in to the last quest as a pay off to get the quest.

I think there are 5 fighting quests with a total of 7 or 8 in the chain (other 3 are talkies only)

If we don't screw off - we can do it in 2 - 3 hours (the two times I did it on Hard with good PUG's we did them in 2 1/2 hours from start to voice of the master end reward)

Bubba / Sarge - remember to reset your quest line as to get some of the other cool loot at the end.
Your going there might as well get the extra reward for it.

The wife rattled off a lengthy list of "things that need to get done tonight" this morning. If I'm not on by 10:15 (or posted an updated ETA) get started without me.

Quite an easy solution, Bubba grab some McDonalds for you, Sarge and family (and don't be stingy) follow him home and help him out..... 2x the man power and you'll both be done by 9pm

Ok, so what do we need to grab for Hirelings? Anything special we should expect to see on this?

See above - no were self sufficient enough on normal - this end reward were shooting for is not dependent on difficulty, so why kill our selves.

But if we do get them - I'll get a caster hireling as to keep Bbender repaired and take that SP consumption off Bubba and then you all can fight among your selves for the other NPC slot.

I hvae another million potions of repair for you.

My wife and I are wiring ethernet throughout the house this evening. I will now have the availability of gigabit network in each room of my house. I still plan to be on at 10 EST, but probably not much sooner,and I won't have time to cook for Sarge.

I think the only way to an inventory now is more portable holes, or just create a dead player account - run the introductory map to Korthos and go right to harbor which will open up the banker so you can move items from toon to toon like I'm doing with AngryKid and Palin

(who I may need to start leveling again for Rogue work. (only 2 levels lower than where we are now so no issues catching up so we'll have a trap monkey.))

I think I'll do that get Bbender to 11 then bring Palin up to 11

But that would be the easiest way for you and it will cost no money or RRO points.

Bubba, I just bought a hole for 300k. That was about as cheap as I could find them. As long as your favor is high enough with the coin lords, it's an easy process. I added mine just the other day.

Really, you have that much stuff? I carry 1 1/2 tabs worth of potions I never use and I still have almost two tabs free. Not to mention the whole tab of cookies I've yet to eat.... wow

an entire tab of weapons, 3/4 tabs of wearables, 1 tab of potions, 1 tab of cookies, 5 materials for spells, 1 half a page of wands, And a bunch of other poop. I can normally free up half a page. I need to ditch alot of weapons.

I try to keep 2 tabs free on any start of the night. I had the Bubba syndrome... and slip in to it occasionally still.

I think it comes from low level days when you needed all sorts of junk to quest and keep us alive.
Now I keep (depending on character) 2 sharp weapons, 1 or 2 blunt, 1 staff for crowds - general pots for healing and wands if I can use them for healer support - bypass all the elec, fire, cold, sonic etc - we don't run elite so the traps are damaging but not killers.

If I know were going to do a tough nut like the Thernal library pt 3 fight - I'll load up on damage and amplification cookies - if not a few regrowth, good hope and stone skin is all I keep.
(and after Giant home a few Jump for Bbender....)

Spell components and any quest items (necropolis necklace, threnal dagger, VON shield frame....) and that's it. I only have 4 tabs and have not converted my only portable hole as I'm not sure who may need it more.

Vic for components but has a dismal load carrying or Bbender cuz he can carry 4 tons!
(Also the Bard shows promise but he has 1 1/3 tabs full and only lvl 6)
