Every map in DDO with locations of "things"

    http://www.alexhaddox.com/ddo/

DDO Podcast (mega slow DL but fun to listen to and there is GOOD info with in)

    http://www.ddocast.com/

    - This game is FAR MORE involved than I thought it was going to be. I'll spring for VIP starting next month.

Watching some of the videos of level 12 and 16 and 18 dungeons has me hooked to get there.

Geez, busy busy busy! You guys better get in-game soon, or we'll be falling behind Duck!

I did some grinding yesterday, as I needed the platinum to buy something at auction. I found a helm I wanted: constant +40% damage on my 3th level and lower fire spells, versus my current one that gives constant +20% on 2nd level and lower. I gotta wait until 9th level to use it though. . . 🙁

I had to buy it, because the guy was selling it for base price. It's kinda rare to see that with the cool magic-boosting stuff. So I did a bunch of Harbor quests over on hard, with a hireling. Got little experience - that's cool by me, as I didn't want to jump ahead of you guys further than I have - but I got the loot, and the gold. Sold something in auction as well, so I got my helm and ended up with a couple hundred platinum more than I started the night with!

I hate having to wait to use my new toy! It's like knowing what you're getting for Christmas, but having to wait to get it anyway.

Good deal! I hate it when I lug all this hooie around and get a level 1 wizard trinket, totally worthless for a Brb.

Now I can review and decide if I want to go for an item og just skip them.

Cool list but they do not seem to tell what else they are good for in the game such as that stone of change/anything else coming up.

So I am still unsure what to keep and what to get ride of.

    HELP!!!! 🙂

I used Doc's break down on what to keep.

Truth is I do not have the brain cell cycles to devote to this game as much as I would like.

I rely on you guys for information. I just cannot read a ton of posts and absorb all of this, it is just too confusing to me right now. Kind of blurs after awhile if that makes sense. It is obviously not that I cannot learn things, I just have too much going on at work etc.. to really concentrate on it all.

    <sigh>

I have a few of these useful links saved where I can quickly find them and click on them. When I want to know something, don't have to hunt around for it. The info is only seconds away.

Thanks for the same links. My life is now complete. 😉
My entire point is I DON'T want to read all that s*&^. I just wanted a small list of what to keep, then I can dump/give/sell everything else.

Never mind..... I am sorry. I just don't want to deal with this right now... 🙂

I am just dumping all (or a lot of) this crap I have been collecting. If anyone wants anything let me know.

You have time as I have not been logged in this week and won't until I get a new machine running it. I am sick of the laptop lock ups. It was running just fine then started last Sat, drove me nuts. So I get another machine, install it to a new laptop or stop gaming, unsure right now which I am doing.

Helpful command for the chat window: /squelch

    /squelch add (playername)
Stops the inane gibberish from (playername) from appearing in your chat window.

    /squelch list
lists those on your squelch list.

    /squelch remove (playername)
removes those on your squelch list.

I'll never use the last two commands. If they're added, they earned it, IMO.

That is very long but very useful.

Yah it's long, but it covers all the goodies you can get and where they are located.

    w00t

I have actually had this bookmarked for a while.. good posting.

Here are a few more Quests - Maps

Its from the DDO Wiki but it has quite a few more maps than the AlexHaddox site has and if no maps at least there is some sort of description if you are worried about it. There maps come with a varying amount of spoilers on them. [no trap/key info to all trap/hidden info] Though the best one is the one for the Pit [WTF?]

This DDO wiki has quite a bit of good information such as the details on the Haggle skill / money made from merchant selling.

    Saw this today

Hey followers, celebrate our new twitter feed with an Early Bird Special: Loot Boosts are 50% off now through Friday!

Not "Super Uber" but a good place to look for specific items - like I need a Death block item that is not armor so I can click through rings, cloaks, necklaces and use my browser search to highlight Death block.

It looks like he is trying to do the same win no success on the last tab called search.

    DDO Items

This is not the same as the definitive static rewards and Unique rewards list - but a little easier to manage.

Can we hold off till Friday maybe?
One of my desk top video cards just took a dump trashing my system. We have 24 hour turn a round from Dell's Uber support (we pay enough for it) so I'm getting 2 new cards tomorrow by 8am .

(*sniff* no fun for me *sniff*)

Baring any more "issues" I should be up tomorrow night.
    [Fingers crossed]

I was on today and no updates, wo it must have happened yesterday and they turned it live today ? can they do that with out us seeing an update/download/install????
  17. #26
Didn't Sargy-Pants call your video card being dying?

Yup - have the back up box running right now so web-sense on my work lap top doesn't tattle on me being on a "game forum" - but yup ran for about 2 hours (not in game but morning work stuff) when black screen like the other night.
Power cycle worked again for 1.5 / 2 hours - Black screen - power cycle Worked for 30 min - was on our forums and Black screened and never came back.

    Wicked Pisser.

Fired up the USB HDD to install DDO from my original DL 10/02/09 - it's installed but the updates are 13088 - start the clock.
    11:00 MST start install.

Now that is handy.. I'll have the Walt Man stick that on Source asap.

Not complete though, or not AS complete as the definitive static loot reward link, but I like the search function.
