Recruiting

I've had opportunity lately to recommend GRB to DDO players looking for guilds, what are your thoughts on adding to the guild/web site?

Do you even want "non" GRB members (me) recruiting for the guild / passing on this web site for people asking if they can join me/us in the GRB DDO guild?

Or are "we" going to stay small and close knit?
(Which has huge pluses on its own merit)

If I ever got into another raid with some of Ducks friends like Aceless, I was going to recommend a similar arrangement as the Cartel has. Both guilds could friend each other, and we'd still have our own guild while having a larger pool of friendly, cooperative players to choose from when we're trying to fill a group for a run.
