I submitted a note that it was actually by Valve. These is not truth to EA being behind this game is there? -
#5 EA is now the publisher for Valve..... It happened recently. As far as I know, they have no direct involvement that I know of other than the distribution chain.
Of course, we know that the more Valve gets in bed with EA, the better a chance they will buy them out. It will happen one day. In fact, I wouldn't doubt if they have tried and Valve turned them down. With the success of steam, I could see EA spending Billions to acquire Valve simply because it is the future of distribution and they haven't been able to come up with their own digital distribution worth a flip..... -

No doubt because they don't have any programmers able to code netcode and frontends ;p
