Anything New In Gaming?

    Are there any new releases on the horizon that you guys are interested in besides BF2142 or Enemy Territory: Quake Wars?

    Any genre is fair game.

    This game is being developed by Kaos Studios (Formerly Trauma Studios) and looks pretty cool.

    Frontlines: Fuel of War

    Other than that, I haven't really been paying attention to any games coming out.

    Since now finishing all the half life 2 games I am going to start playing Oblivion. I know it is stand alone but I usually like a good stand alone game in between my online stuff. No worries about this turning me into a WoW nut as I would HATE all the idiots online with that.

    I hear they are much worse than the BF2 guys. They all run around point or stat whoring, getting the strongest character they can and go around picking on lesser, proper playing ones. F-that!

    Give me a computer controlled world where I can save and I am happy 😉

    As for multiplayer.. hmmm I guess we will have to wait and see. I actually am looking forward to Ut 2007.

    BTW Atomm on the front page you asked about what we will call Bf2142. I think just BF21 will do nicely. 😉

    Just saw this post Pal.

    This is the bad news about Frontlines - it isn't due out until next year sometime 🙁

    On the cool side is that there is a fan site already up, and Kaos Studios people seem to be consistently in the forums answering questions and talking about the game 😀

    Sadly, the article does mention that to ensure quality, they have pushed the release of ET:QW to 2007.

    I did see a date of 10-10-06 for BF2142 on Gamestop.

    Well, that sucks. On the other hand, I would rather be waiting for a game than playing one that is buggy and having to listen to everyone whine about patches 😛

    Ummm, wow! Project Offset looks incredible. As much as I read about gaming, I am suprised I have never heard of it before.

    Mideval FPS.... Sounds fun! :-)
