Just saying.
Ok, this game has been a train wreck since day one: They have never really got the browser to work, rockets go thru things at a rate of at least 2 a night for me, they're constantly nerfing/amping up weapons, now I have to spawn and stand still while I join a squad (which kills me at least once a night), numerous crash-to-desktop problems, favorites doesn't work right (to be fair, this can be lumped into the browser issues), the FUCKING REDICULOUS prone-and-kill spamming that goes on at such a rate it is not uncommon for ppl to see each other, prone and fire from a 10-foot distance, the godlike jets and choppers that are so bad I often see the top players at end-of-round with a TEN-TO-ONE kill to death ratio, there's still a problem with ppl getting into buildings that don't have a doorway, the senselessness of having a no-autobalance option when so many have it set such that it might as well be on, claymores that kill you almost as soon as they're visible (don't give me realism, you want realism, why the fuck does my rocket go thru things, and why is there almost no spash damage from it!), the times that you'll run across someone with their back to you and you shoot them from a yard distance, and you STILL end up dead, patches that are several hundred megs large, but require FOUR GIGS to run, and that break as many things as they fix, one new free map in the year since BF2's release, support-class weapons that have the accuracy and range of a sniper rifle, sniper rifles that lack range and accuracy, and of course, the one thing DICE/EA can't code out. . .ASSHOLES!
Still, I'll give in and buy a booster, I suppose.
WTF, I'm still playing this game anyway, and this clan could use a kick in the ass. Maybe if a few of us ponied up for a booster, that might spice things up a bit until Quake Wars comes out. I'm still not sure I'm going to get involved with BF 2142 though. . .I like to think I LEARN from my mistakes.
What's the general consensus on which booster is better? Bear in mind I prefer infantry maps, and after several hundred hours of play, I'm finally seeing what everyone likes so much about Karkand.
