Anyone around for this Friday and up for playing?

Any particular maps you want to play (standard maps only, sorry)?

I will be on, likely 10 or so EST but could be earlier or later.

I will be around...I figure we could just do regular maps, maybe we will get more people in that way.
But I am now against doing custom maps also 🙂

I have the "keys" so to speak for the Standard Map server. I can load any of the maps that are on there, but not any custom maps. Here is what I am thinking so far. Trying to mix it up with some helo maps, jet maps, and ground maps:

Operation Hastings
Hue
Ia Drang
Landing Zone Albany
Flaming Dart
Game Warden

Any thoughts anyone? Or we could just load them all and skip the ones we don't want to play.

Your list sounds good. If you can get about 6-8 people, you can usually get more.

The power has gone to Sarges head, he will add or drop a map no matter what!! And watch some punk will come in and say "this lag is gay", sarge will boot him so fast he won't know what hit 'em

That's what I figure - If we get a good base of GRB and friends, we can build pretty quickly from that.

I could ban Bubba for the same reason that Akaiian got booted by the Asshat admin on the Section 8 Clan Server last night. To quote him: "because you smell like cabbage"

As for the asshat admin. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I can't believe there are admins that stupid..... Sheesh!

Yes, we were dumbfounded about the kick. Another S8 clan member said "he's like that sometimes" - Akaiian came back on a few minutes later and nothing else happened. very strange.

We can add those if you want. Didn't load Ho Chi because of the temple lag issue, but we can play it if you want. Irving too.

Server is up and running with the list I posted at the beginning of the thread. Can add stuff later on if people want.

Yeah the dreaded temple.. I lag to hell in it, so I avoid it, which isn't any fun... Irving is cool though.. either way the maps listed are fine by me. Thanks guys! See you tonight....
