but a serious note, anyone know a game where its planes, and planes only.

thinking a battle of britain kind of deal, where one can just jump in a spitfire....or zero, and go shoot some MFERS down??.....not a big jet fan, but playable also.

any info would be cool.

Stormovik is the closest thing you can get to a WWII sim with out actually flying in a real plane.
I keep thinking about picking it up - but I hear Joe piss and moan about it being TOO real - but I think all he plays IS realism mode - there may be slightly less nutz modes in the game - He's back tomorrow - I'll ask him.

He'll also know other great flight games as that's his real love in gaming.

The graphics are great and the good thing is - it's an old engine so slower computers will have no issues playing it well - the updates are every year or so and keep expanding the game - eBay has all games bundle for 20$ or so.... I keep looking some day I'll get it.

Um.... make that 9$ US for the full pack. Just checked eBay
