Well? Insurgency? BF2? Something else? Not enough ppl have the Quake Wars demo. . .I think Bubba wants to play that free tank game. 😛

I'd be up for either. I haven't had a chance to play insurgency again since the first night so that might be fun for a bit. Otherwise I'm game for some BF2.

Vanilla whateva. UT, BF or HL, but no frillin' mods.

Throwing this crazyness out there, but how bout a CS 1.6 or CSS night?

1. Insurgency
2. New CTF mod, if someone has tried it and says it's good.
3. CS or CS:S
4. Vanilla
5. Other suggestions
6. A constant grinding noise
7. Insta-gib

There seems to be no majority, just some suggestions.

I'm liking Insurgency, since 3 of us have tried it and found it to be somewhat interesting, and it's not a cobbled-together alpha of a half-assed idea. Plus, we've been talking about it for over a week, which means we don't have to feel bad when ppl inevitably join TS and have to DL it. 🙂

I vote Insurgency, with a fall back to Vanilla when we've had enough of it.

Maybe we can do that the next couple weeks with the HL2 mods: Pick an interesting one to try, with Vanilla being our fall-back. I'll give us a chance to try new things, and not kill the entire night with something that just doesn't work out. Plus, Lexx can drop by after he's had his UT fix, and those who aren't interested in the mod at all can join us a bit later for BF2 👍

I vote for Insurgency.. its just got a nice plug on Steam.. should be rather packed...

The only CS I have is on XBox.. 🙁

Sorry guys. I had a sinus headache and when I got an error, I just decided to go to bed.

As for giving up on mods, why is that?

Well, not many people showed up for one thing and for another, we basically died a lot without doing anything else the whole time we played insurgency so it ceased being fun very quickly.

The evening wasn't exactly a success.

If Drix can get his BF2 working (he's having issues) he, Pal and I may give BF2 another shot tonight.
