So....what's the plan for the evening?

Start with Nations at War? Go do something else if we get tired of it?

Let me know and I can let others know on a couple other sites.

I've got to work late tonight. I'll be on around 10pm EST. I'm good whatever you guys decide.

I dunno if something that includes the phrase "Go do something else if we get tired of it?" needs to be advertised. . .I kinda feel like if we advertise something, we're acting as a host that evening, and if we're not sure if we're going to be doing something, we shouldn't be having people over to do it. Does that makes sense?

Not that I personally care if we do that, but I'm looking at it from a 'make a good impression' angle.

If you want to say, "Hey, come join us for Friday Night Fights.", that's pretty non-specific, and we're not promising anything but fights, so we can deliver on that. 🙂

Work work work, all you do is work. What is more important work or me? I stay home all day and clean and slave over a hot stove and you come home and want... Oh sorry.. married flashback.....

My point was that if the feeling was that we were just going to try it for a bit and then do something else, I wouldn't bother advertising, and that sort of seems like the direction we are taking at the moment. If we are going to dedicate the evening to NAW, then I will take the time to let some of the other clans that I am on friendly terms with know about what we are doing, where and when.

    that better?

What we did last night (though a little free-form) seemed to work pretty well. Meet us on the server we collectively choose at your convenience and we'll squad up and kick butt. I definitely had a good time and continued playing with Doc until about 1:30 AM EST or so. Mostly I continued my suckiness trend but I still had fun.

I agree with the invite feel... if you put it out there, it's like you are the organizer... unless you simply say meet us on X-Fire around this time or whenever you can. This seems to work best this time of year too when folks tend to have lots of plans to go out into the 'real' world and 'do' stuff.
Personally I have been wanting to get some time in the air with Rooster lately but haven't been able to.

If no plan develops, I hope to see you all later online... at your convenience of course!

Yes, that appears to communicate your meaning much better than the previous sentence fragments. Thank you. 😛

Looks like it's a 'wing it' night, so far, unless someone posted while I walked away from this for a couple minutes.

WOW, tonight was one of the funnest nights I've played. 115 point in one match is awesome since my average is about 12 per match. I bet that round padded some stats and didn't have to move an inch..
    :armed:

Don't get me wrong, it was probably one of the roughest maps I have ever played. we were down to 1 flag and had to make the decision to pull over half the people to regain the tv tower. they were tearing me apart. THey took out all my assets, I would drop a crate on the trailer so I could get uav support back up and if they didn't have 3 special ops guys go blow it up upon landing. I got to where I could get it on top of the trailer but that didn't help much. We got it backj, had to manual point out every guy around the tower. Then the next thing I knew, in about 5 minutes we had every capturable flag. that was awewome. THere for a bit I was dropping the UAV where I thought people were but i caught noone. That was rought too until the sat trailer was back up.

Good rounds, especially the one you're talking about. I felt we really buckled down and did what we needed to in order to get the win. Hard fought matches. Good going all! ! !
