FNF july 16th

Are you guys running some custom maps tonight?
If so when do ya think the map pack will be up?

Next Custom Map night is July 30th. We will be on tonight, but just regular maps. Feel free to join us.

On a side note, we are setting up our new server. The plan is to run a custom map server 24x7. I don't think I will be able to get it setup by tonight, but sometime this weekend you should see GamersRadio.com Custom Maps in your game browser. I'll start with the maps from last months Friday Night Fights and change them out every month with the current map pack.

So, in addition to the Friday Night Fight at the end of the month, you'll get a whole month of custom map goodness. :-) I'll post more info in the news section as the game servers come online.

have been waiting get in game to see these maps. haven't looked at them yet want to learn them in game.

I was under the assumption that you played kustom every Fri. (not sure why)

Are you going to run teamspeak on the new server?
and
Do you have to be in yur clan to get teamspeak password?

We will have teamspeak up. We run a passworded channel for our clan members, but you can access a public channel at our normal Teamspeak address.

We do FNF every Friday Night. Basically, it is the one night that we get together to play as a big group. But, we only do custom maps one night a month. It takes a lot of time to go through the custom maps for the event. I usualy spend 2-3 days doing nothing but checking out custom maps. Then we have to package them in a custom installer, test the installer and get the downloads set up.

Honestly, if it wasn't so time consuming to make sure we get decent maps for everyone to play, I would do it every Friday Night. At least now we will be able to leave the maps up for a month. That will be cool. The best thing we can do is spread the word about the server.

We plan on offering a BF42 server as well. It will rotate custom maps, mods and CTF. There are a bunch of new custom maps for BF42, so we will be doing a special event for BF42 in the middle of August with BFV Custom Maps on the last Friday Night of the Month.

You can jump in TS at any time. We will set up Public channels for each of the servers, so you can feel free to jump on. The IP's of the game servers and TS server will be changing soon, but I will update the block <--------- over there, with the new info.

Once the servers are up, anything you can do to help spread the word would be really appreciated. (There goes the monthly bandwidth limit.... hehe)

Yeah, I just notcied the nice long list of servers soon to come. Kick Ass!!!

Hehehe..... One you didn't see, but I bet you will love is the Custom Map Testing Server. We will have a small server online for us to keep our maps in testing up 24/7. I'm excited about that too. :-)
