Free "Sam & Max" game

    Episode 104 - "Abe Lincoln Must Die"

    Sam & Max have been around for quite a few years, though I've never played any of their games. I'll have to give this one a try though. They're supposed to be funny, from what I've heard.

    It's probably a false positive, but I can't find any info one way or the other, so I uninstalled it.

    nope.. just for some reason S&M just seems to remind me of Keen.. not that I played it more than twice and have never played S&M.. either way. -blink-

    Doc, does your program hit on DRM or Call Home Programs? I imagine this has one or both built in.

    It reminds me of something, even though I've never played it, and I only played the something it reminds me of once or twice.

    Funny thing is, I've never played either, but 'Sam & Max' reminds me of a few weeks of formatting and reinstalling I went thru a short time back. . . must be that BOclean warning that popped up when I ran it. 😱

    You'd think that SOMEONE somewhere would've posted about a BOclean hit on Sam & Max(real or false), but my Google-fu rendered no results. Odd, that.

    I wouldn't be surprised if it's a false positive, but I'm not going to make that assumption without more info.

    The warning window says some scary things - bkdr-rbot.ad and trojan horse. Just not worth it.
