Multiplayer Demo Released

    If anyone is still interested, they released the Multiplayer demo for Frontlines today.

    You can grab it here

    or at Fileplanet

    and supposedly other places as well. Be careful that you don't download the beta demo however 🙄

    I am getting it now at home. I would love to try this with you guys. I never played it more than 10 min when the first demo was out. Maybe that was the beta, I cannot remember.

    It is funny, we waited for a year for this and were all excited about it. Then it came out and none of us cared. Weird... 🙂

    The beta IMHO was bad, then we made suggestions which were ignored. I never played the last beta, maybe it was much better, but the game didn't do much for me.

    After playing the beta, there were a number of issues that were unresolved on release that said to me "don't buy this yet". I can't even remember what those issues were however as it's been too long. One of them was that I wanted to see what the comm system was like as it was disabled in the beta. Another was joystick support.

    There are some very cool aspects to this game, but there was a lot of camping happening in the beta in part due to the capture and spawn systems, and that frustrated the hell out of me.

    I <3 Camping and killing Sarge! :-)

    It's a mix of BF2, CoD4 and UT if you ask me.

    I liked it, but wasn't sure how the spin factor was going to be.

    Thats funny, cause it was a game that made my head spin, but that may have been the lousy video rendering

    I grabbed it today.... not much impressed, still A LOT of camping - and I id get a little mushy in the head a few times, not like some games but there were a few - ugh - moments....

    I don't think I was impressed enough to buy it.
