I wanted to start this not only to say how fun it was but to show how far the word has spread.

Last night was very nice... I spent most of the time watching others and talking through the console... [Had a huge headache 🙁 ] But what made me happy about it all was the responces to the maps made by our very own people. Lou, GreatXScott, Raze... You guys should be proud! I know I am of you 🙂

Guys, the maps were great, and it was good to get behind the Nostromo and Mouse after so much time away. I'm in the process of getting a better laptop so i can play on the road. I miss you guys <sniffle>. 🙂

And I agree, LoU, Scott and Raze. You should be proud of what you did. As I knew they would, your maps were a hit.

Hey Commando! Yea, we will be doing BFV customs again at the end of the month. I've been working with the BFV WWII Mod Extended group to find custom maps to convert from BF42 to BFV. The best way I figured to get a feel for the maps was to play them, so we had a BF42 event last Friday.

Have you made any more maps that we can review for Friday Night Fights? I read you were having problems installing the 1.2 patch. Any luck?

Next BFV event is October 29th.
Next BF42 BF Conversion Team Event is November 5th.

Nope, no luck with the 1.2 patch. I figure i'll just format my main comp as its a huge mess right now [can't even shut it down 😉 ] That should sort my BFV problems and i'll be up and running again within a day or two.

I'm working on a new map right now on my other comp [still 1.1] and if I can get enough time in on it then it might be ready for some testing by the end of the month. Its a LOT bigger than RN and DTC so its even more work, and what with dieying computers and stupid work stuff progress has been slow...

I'll cya all at the next fight night for sure and if I haven't done it by then - remind me to freaking register here... 😉

*S*alute to you guys for a great time. sorry I didn't post sooner ATF had a great time, glad we could invited to fun gaming night...we showed in force (8-10 ATF & recruits) hope that wasn't rude of us. Thanks Dirty. It was good to see you ATF guys around again and certainly not rude of you bring a bunch of people, especially when they show as much class and respect in their play as you guys do when you come visit.

We are doing a BFV custom map night at the end of the month, and another BF42 one early next month again to test maps for the Conversion Mod. Feel free to come by to both and bring the other ATFers with you.

IM glad you liked my map, but I have never had my ass whipped so bad on it like I did that friday. I think you ATFers are Haxing. lol 😄 j/k
