    Is it me or do the PBF forums for BF2 seem to be full of immature little pricks? If you read the posts, they are full of bad grammar and stupid comments. I sure hope this is not what we can expect from a game with VOIP built in.

    Yeah I have been frightened by the idea of VOIP built in since they announced it. I mean what a turn off to have some kid screaming in your ear because he has an attitude problem. I just hope there is someway to click "ignore n006 |<ill3r". But on the upside maybe server that attract cool guys will be more populated because of that and ea pub servers will suck because that is the only place you can level up your dude.

    I think most of the mature (and I use that turm loosely) folks have abandoned PBF for clan or other forums. It used to be a pretty cool place to post stuff - meaning that you could expect reasonable responses to a question and the like. Now it's just a waste. I haven't been to their forums in months, that I can remember anyways.

    The integrated voip is kinda scary. I'd rather use TS where I have the power to boot anoying little pricks.

    I'm wondering how it's going to effect game play and if it will sound better than HL's VOIP.

    Voice over IP, or the more refined version Voice over Internet Protocol

    Hehehe......

    I can't stand the VOIP in UT2004 either. The only cool feature is the ability to move between the public and team channels with the stroke of a key. Other than that, it's very poor quality, you can't shoot the shit between maps and a lot of UT players don't get mics.

    If you move the shrimps head down to the middle and one of the middle sections to where the head shoudl be, you'd have my approx shape.
