Edit: Looks like the comparison is only with the 8800 level GeForce and equivalent ATI cards.

Tweaks on the first page of the article are still useful however....

I scanned it, but I didn't see the performance tips...

I wish these guys would do a real review with the video cards most people actually own.....

check the edit to my first post Atomm. The tips are essentially the cvar changes that you need to unlock your card from the 30fps cap.

From first hand experience, setting the gamma lower, as dark as you can stand it, and even go as far as lowering your monitor size will help. Bigg and Bright = Dizzy. I only started getting dizzy once I got the big 22ws and the 21crt Paladin gave me. I'm also reluctant to go past 1024 rez for this same reason.
