For me, it was Electronic Arts Racing Deconstruction set. We use to put it on Moon gravity and create tracks with monster jumps. It was a lot like Mario Cart in that you could attack the other drivers with your spikes or oil slicks. My Cousin and I use to spend hours making and tweaking tracks so we could fly through the air. There have been a lot of similiar games, but nothing sticks with me like the original.
Honorable mention goes to Larry Byrd vs Dr. J. I lost and won a ton of baseball cards betting against my opponents in this game.
And who could forget MULE and Seven Cities of Gold. Man, I loved MULE and I remember wasting several saturdays on 7 cities..... Only a few games since then have held that type of enjoyment for me, including Baldur's Gate and the new Witcher game I talked about previously.
