Avatar file not working?

Can anyone help me upload my avatar file? everytime I hit submit it gives me a bunch of errors, but the file is 80x80 & 4kb.....?

Yah we turned it off for a bit, for security reasons. (Believe that was the way a hacker got some trash in on us..)
