Corsair - the Rat Bastards of PC components

I'll never touch them again - you won't believe the fucking run a round I'm getting from their customer service on a defective M40 mouse.

No one signed for the mouse at the RMA facility so the post office is now letting it sit for some one to go there to pick it up (missed package procedure)


Corsair said not their problem if the post office did not deliver to the RMA facility.


Now the fuck from Corsair said oh - the facility moved, that's the most likely reason it was not delivered - so I asked him why the fuck the address is incorrect from HIM to me for the RMA.... no good answer -


Newegg can not help as it died 2 FUCKING DAYS after their warranty ran out.


I've had issues with Logitech and in ONE phone call everything was taken care of with a new mouse sent that day with the instructions of send the old one back with in 2 weeks.


Not Corsair, remember my problems with corsair when you go to buy new items for your PC and tell everyone who will listen on how piss poor Corsair customer service is.

Sorry to hear it dude. Corsair has been on my "Do not Buy" list for years. particularly for their ram (I will never understand why they are a darling of gamers).

I also have a "do not buy" policy for corsair. I bought memory from them for a previous motherboard and it took days of customer service time to determine that my motherboard would only accept a single stick of their RAM and not the two that I had paid for. I was able to return it as I had just purchased it, but it was a giant pain in the ass.

Well with out so much as a fuck you very much - the replacement mouse showed up today - a new M40 not a repaired.

When I had it out with their customer service it appears A LOT of people were bitching about the same issue.
Dead items for RMA told to be sent to a no longer used facility.

The ticket online is still showing open. No communications - nothing.

Last Corsair crap I ever buy.
