Mouse jitter

Purchased a new Logitech G5 went from the gold tone G5 single side button to teh Blue G5 with the 2 side buttons.

I can not get the mouse pointer to stop jittering. I've tried the Logitech Set point software, removing the software and using windows drivers - nada.

Any idea on other settings that I may not be familiar with for mouse settings?
It just may be a bad sensor.... In game when I move the mouse the jitter translates in to a whole world earthquake talk about Barf-O-matic Oi'

Yeah I would guess snesor issue. Unless you had acceleration cranked way up. I would have suggested removing the logitech software as my first suggestion.

Thanks will check again... Love the fit on my hand bit WOW never had suck form them before.

Not mouse - but Mouse pad. Was using a GLOCK service mat 36"x24" light foam backing as mouse pad for years, the old G5 pick up was not effected the new "laser" pick up was tracking all the pits and color changes etc on service mat.

Pulled mat and am using mouse straight on desk top..... Jitter gone.

I've had that happen before, but I forgot until you said what it was.
