#3 Thanks Sarge. It's for my sister. We played around with Google and the sites we found there, tried your site, then sprung for a pay site, and still didn't get the info. I guess info on cell phone #'s is pretty spotty. -

Yes Cell phone numbers fall under different regulations than standard l and line numbers. I consumer can choose to have a cell number listed but typically they stay unlisted from day one.
Also if the user files the cell number under the FEDERAL do not call registry, (like I have) then companies posing, sharing or listing your cell number are in big time "doo-doo" for giving it out. -
