Prog-punk band the Receiving End Of Sirens have confirmed the details of their second album. The disc, titled The Earth Sings Mi Fa Mi, was produced by Matt Squire (Panic! At The Disco, Cute Is What We Aim For); it will be issued Aug. 7 via Triple Crown Records.
