Ran across this on Youtube. It's a solo harp tune by the lead vocalist of "Hazmat Modine". Very odd, but interesting music. Not this, but their music in general. This is just amazing. Reminds me of Freeman Stowers (a 1920's harp player) at points. I like how the band just stands there, but the tuba player starts getting into it. . . 🙂

You could spend years looking for a better harp performance, but you're not likely to ever hear one.

I like harp music. That is indeed awesome! Enough said! 😉

Great find there Doc. I will have to cap that sound into an MP3.

Heh, I just noticed something. Look in the comments section for remarks by KudzuRunner(it's the top comment as I post this). That guy has a good rep himself, and he has glowing praise for this vid. Click on his name (KuzduRunner) to see all of his harp-related vids. Most of it is pretty boring if you don't play (or want to), but he's posting some great how-to info on harp playing.

Here's another good one, by Terry McMillan:

The best music you'll ever hear from a Televangelist show 🤪 . He played professionally since the 70's at least. . . he's played with Jerry Reed and Chet Atkins. While the previous clip I posted was way cool and technically incredible, I think this one is a bit more accessible to the non-harp dweeb. Just a fun, kick-ass jam. He died last month, so folks are posting some clips.
