    I remember when they came out. We were playing them on the rock station. I loved it. Great stuff, but it didn't do well, so we pulled it. About 4 months later, pop radio picks them up and they take off.

    I always thought that was funny.

    So has Hootie gone country or has country gone pop? I liked Hootie...I hate country.

    Country has gone pop for quite a while. I can only name about 4 singers that are true country.
