Music For Gamers Radio

Perusing the web in my free spare time came upon some music that might fight the station. Maybe you already have it, or it doesn't fit what you are looking for, but I figured I would throw it out to the masses....

One Shot Left - "Just Because" - This song is excellent. Thought this was a link to an mp3, but it's not. Song is a couple of years old now.

Officer May - "Police Parade" - I have a couple other of their MP3's on my system, but could not track down where I got them. Kind of dissonant, remminiscent of Nirvana and Sonic Youth a bit. If you can find it, "Smoking A minor" is a great song, as is "Casual Comfort".

Consumed "On the Tak Again" - Not new by any means, but a great song. Actually have a vague idea for a BFV map based on this song.

Heard this song this morning. Band is called The Break and they will be on the warped tour from 7/22-7/29. Song sounds pretty good, altough again not completely sure it is what you are looking for. Enjoy.

The band hopes that this new release will finally bring them where they want to be, playing in front of people who want to see them, making music that matters, and having their van searched by every State Trooper that crosses their path. This summer they will be touring until they hate each other and the Break plan to kick, stab, burn and eat every person who comes to see them play. Another Jade Tree band. This album is yet to be released, but I really like the song "Big News". Reminds me a bit of Helmet with their steady crunch, with a little bit of Fugazi thrown in for good measure.

These Arms Are Snakes

Helmet! Now you are getting my attention. :-) I'll check out the last two this weekend. Need some more new stuff for the station.

THey aren't quite as intense as Helmet, but the song has that same sort of steadiness to it if you know what I mean.

if u guys are looking 4 fresh talent try the hilltop hoods they grew up in my area (there aussie) and i have seen them play live more then once.

a good song to listen to to get you started would be Hilltop Hoods - Nose Blead Section

they are realy good and some aussie bands in the mix would be nice
