2008 All-Star Game

Well, that was one hell of a ride. A monster effort by all, and how cool is it to see this game played like it means something? Truly, an All-Star game, and not a damn media event and photo-op.

Nice to see the Pirates lone representative do well, and almost win the game in. . .was it the 12th inning? Something like that. Three more feet. . .

It was an excellent game and I'm happy to see the AL win again. I wish it hadn't taken until 1:30 in the morning 🙁 Hopefully however, it will translate into home field advantage for the Sox again this year 😀

Did you watch the home run derby? Josh Hamilton put on a clinic in that first round with 28 home runs! It was amazing to watch ball after ball go out of the field and he had at least three hits that were 500+ feet 🫡
