42 F-N-F Review

I thought Id start a thread if anyone wanted to share some comments on the maps played during last nights 1942 Friday Night Fights, or tell me what I missed after leaving the fight. :twisted: Sux I had to leave early, but I hope eveyone had as much fun as I did.

Dunes: Highly impressed with that map. nice work Raze!!. Woulda been more fun if Niccawhois didnt have a damn plane. He blew me up sooooo much. lol

Ghost Front: What can i say that hasnt been said before. I Always have a great time on that map. A+

Pilot School: I have been waiting FOREVER to play this map with others. Mainly to get a response, cuz I believe its on of the craziest things Ive ever made. :twisted:

House of Hellsing: I had one of the best times Ive ever had on it. It seemed more intense than I remembered.

Infiltration: It was a blast!!! I didnt fight all that much, but I tore some ass in my jeep which is just as fun for me.

Curse of Skull Island: This is another map I wanted others to see. My best Terrain work imo. Sorry about the floating trees, but like I said in game, It never got finished.

Fields of the Fallen: Speaks for Itself. :twisted:

i was on aboot 1 am, 12 normal time, and there was no one around.

Yeah I think we all packed it in somewhat early, I know I had a long week. In any case, Had a great time. Lou Pilot School was awesome fun.

Fields of the Fallen is still my favorite bf42 map ever, Still love Ghost front. I can't beleive somehow I have never played House of Hellsing, but it was a cool map, the fences were just a really cool idea. I missed most of skull island. Infiltration was cool. And Raze, DUnes rocked, I had a ton of fun on that map.

Hope we have another BF42 custom night soon. I've got a couple more surprises up my sleeve! :-)

I would like to release Dunes and Pilot School as individual downloads to PlanetBattlefield. Would you guys mind us giving it the GRB installer treatment?

I also love Curse of Skull island. It played way better than I thought it would. My comment on the tree's is really based on the fact that if you would fix that one thing, I see it as a map we could release.

Overall, it was a great night and I had a blast. I can't wait to do it again. Don't forget, I need your maps Lou...... :-)
