Here is a little breakdown of the things said in email by excectives over the Viacom vs YouTube lawsuit. The lawsuit is over fair use and control, but there is one part in particular that I find really freaking funny.

Let that sink in for a second. a Viacom VP was pissed that a Viacom Marketing account on Youtube was disabled because of multiple take down notices from Viacom's Legal Department.
That is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Seriously, I didn't even have to make this shit up. It's right there in the court record.
