Forum formatting help

    I have some great info on quests, raids, favor all good info but its in Microsof Excel format,
    No matter what I do I can not find code or HTML to get it to post over on our forums that turns out manageable.

    Any ideas on h ow to copy paste or format excel in tot he forums?
