Hooligan, that is like the nicest thing anyone has every called Duck.
I actually have no issues with the practices of EA at this time...
I think I have just moved past that part of my life where I try to find reasons to not like something and just enjoy what is available to me...

Pretty funny video.
EA is a corporation. Most corporations are all about making money at the expense of everything else. My expectation is that EA will always try to monetize something that they previously gave you for "free" justified by high development costs and wanting to give you the best experience that they can sell you. As the potential consumer, we vote with our wallet. At this point they've lost me for BF3. I don't have the time right now that I used to have for playing and that makes playing BF especially a chore. By the time I've remembered how to play and can start to enjoy the game, I'm either so frustrated that I just want to stop, or so tired that I need to go to bed.
I have had lots of fun playing BF games throughout the years and will likely continue to do so in the future. If things change and I suddenly find I have time to play the game regularly, maybe I'll jump back in the wagon, until then I'm not going to waste my money.
I'm kind of like Sarge. BF is my favorite game ever, but the latest version feels more like work than fun. All the things that made it fun have been nerfed. I loved being able to jump in and play a round, be somewhat competitive and have fun. Now, it seems like I'm out gunned because I don't play enough. I'm out played because I don't know the maps well enough and I'm behind the curve because I don't know what addon works best with which gun.
I was considering buying the expansion, but I've decided to vote with my money and say no more. Besides, once they hit expansion pack 3, I think they will have fragmented the server community so bad, that the game will die. We've seen it before with the map packs for BF2. I think they are making a huge mistake in the name of money.
