I found out his wife of 30-some years died in 1997(liver cancer), which may help explain some of his recent bitterness.

A sad day indeed. That guy was always funny. Always pissed off about something, but he could bring out the humor in it. He would make people think as well.

I always wanted to use his 7 words in a sweeper on Gamers Radio. Something about Freedom of Speech and the Internet comes to mind.

The Hippie Dippy Weather Man will be missed.

He was a great, and will be sadly missed.

I always appreciate someone who is willing to push the envelope just because it needs pushing. We need more people like that now days. May you Fucking Rest in Peace Mr. Carlin.

Because George would have wanted it that way.....
