Halloween

I was never a big fan of the original movie. I think I was a bit young when it came out and I never got into it. However, the new Rob Zombie remake looks really cool. Any of you going to see it?

And for the record, I am a huge John Carpenter's fan, having seen almost everything he's done since the mid 80's on......

I used to like slasher movies, at least a bit. I remember the original Halloween and to me it is still one of the best made. I admit though that I really do not like slasher movies much at all since then. I seen one or two of the Friday the 13th movies and have never seen any Freddy Kruger ones. Seeing innocent people getting all hacked up just does not do it for me much these days. I am more of an action movie fan.

I am also a huge Carpenter fan. I still think "The Thing" was one of the best movies like that. I have not seen everything he has done like that of course but like his work overall.

So while I won't go see this, I think it looks cool 🙂

I think Rob Zombie will do a good job... He gets horror....

They Live (I came to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum! - Rowdy Roddy Piper)

And don't forget Wes Craven....

I agree 100% there! We talked about this before. They Live was great just for that fight 😉

I love Piper, he is a character.
