Happy Thanksgiving

    Happy Thanksgiving to all our american members. Tis a day early, yes, but I'm going to be in the kitchen getting my bird ready for tommorow since by a rare occasion I won't have to travel this year.

    So what other dishes are you planning on having tommorrow? I'm preparing stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, fresh green beans and carrots loaded with butter and peppers, gravy and homemade noodles and biscuits. Topping it off with apple pie... yah I love to cook 😉

    Just hope I can stay awake to watch the denver game. 🙂

    Happy Turkey Day everyone!

    As the person designated to entertain the children while others cook, I'm not sure what all we are having. Turkey is certainly on the menu, and my wife is making peach cobbler, apple pie and pumpkin pie the rest will be a surprise I guess 😀

    We are going to Vermont for a couple of days so I'll be spending the evenings in front of a warm fire instead of playing BF2. Should be able to get a couple of books read and maybe catch a football game or two....

    You make green beans and carrots and then ruin it with peppers? Thats sad....
    carrots are good with just butter by themselves 😉

    Thanks anyway man. We planned to just go out and keep it simple. The wife is here today and tomorrow.
