Heroes Finale

    WoW! Again they started off slow and built up steam, but this time, they delivered. I was really suprised by this finale. So, let's talk things that might be considered spoilers.     So after a whole fall season, Syler appears to be back. He throws some strange twists into the plot, but overall I am kind of tired of him. Let's hope it stays interesting in the spring season.

    I told my wife when they showed Syler took off with the blood Suresh had for Nikki that Nikki was going to die. It just seemed like the thing to do.

    Now for the biggies...

    Looks like Peter absorbed the virus after all.... Interesting....

    Nathan is dead? No way! Even scarier, looks like Momma Petrilli had a hand in it..... Any ideas who the shooter is?

    I am glad Noah isn't dead. He makes things interesting.

    Speaking of interesting, it's crazy how they keep flipping people's moral compasses. One minute you think they are good and the next bad, then you realize they are good. This has to be one of the best parts of the series....

    What Hiro did to Adam is well, quite possibly the cruelest thing I could ever think of doing to another human being, especially one that can't die. WOW! If he ever gets out, his nice guy disposition is going to be gone. You would have to be a pissed off MFer after something like that... Shiver....



    Well, I must say I am really excited about this series still....

    I stopped on the 4th show. Letting them pile up since I saw skylar was back. I'll get around to watching them sooner or later tho.

    I'm still watching it! Just been lazy about responding.

    I thought that they got back on track nicely after wandering a bit early in the season.

    I'm sure that Nathan is dead this time, as is Nikki, which is unfortunate as she is smokin' (no pun intended).

    Noah definitely keeps things interesting as the one non-hero that isn't afraid all the time.

    What Hiro did is really uncharacteristic of him. Adam won't die in there but after a while he could certainly dig his way out. Seems like a "James Bond Supervillian" thing to do so I expect we will see more of him.

    Sylar is just a pain in the ass that needs to be killed off. His character is more annoying than scary imo - of course if I met him in a dark alley somewhere I'd think differently I'm sure.

    I don't know about being uncharacteristic. He tried to kill him by blowing him up and he lived. Hiro probably thinks he can't be killed, so the only choice is to trap him. It seemed to tie in nicely with the whole funeral thing from earlier.

    Not to mention, he had finally gotten close to his father and Adam took him away. I imagine that would be a big motivation to do something so dastardly.

    Just got the first season DVD plan on watching it this weekend. We're expecting a bad ice storm. Good snuggling up material. LOL!

    But I rather liked the second season. I have soem notes to add, but not sure how everyone is setting a background color. *sighs* I'm too tired right now to figure it out. might post again on it tomorrow.

    OK, I'm pretty well hooked now. So is my wife. We got the first season done last week and we're up to ep 7 from this fall. I see myself done with Volume 2 this weekend. Can't wait to finish so i can go back to your spoilers and discuss. 🤘

    Awesome! Always fun to have one more to talk about a good show....

    Now, if the writers strike doesn't cause the Spring season to be a dud, we will be all set!

    The writers were talking that this season is 2 volumes, fall-Generations and spring-Villians. They were a bit dissapointed with Generations. They felt the story developed too slow and missed the viewers demand. They hope the next volume delivers. Now for the writers strike to end.

    That's been the whole concept behind the show. It tends to be a bit slow, then ramps up by the end. I thought they meant to do that. 😛

    okies all caught up.. hehehehe.... yeah the honduran brother and sister was a let down in the past volume but it did go out with a bang! Looks like they will set up a group of villians next volume. I did like the fact that they did develop on some of the main character powers.
