For sure I will be getting BF2.....

On this whole BG42 maps....do I just download them from their site???? Any patches I need? I am asking cause I haven't got that far yet. I am on our second PC (needs an upgrade bad) and my son is on the new one playing CS.........go figure...........

Battlegroup42 is a full on mod with maps.

You will need the full 1.0 client, which you can get here: http://forums.ampednews.com/showthread.php?t=81328

I believe it is around 600mb

then go to their main page (http://www.battlegroup42.com) for a list of mirrors to download the 1.1 patch from. This is another ~300mb
