    Well I finally bought BF1942!
    Downloading pirates now, looks like a great mod.
    Any other good mods I should check out?

    WOO HOO BFV WWII MOD due out today!

    since you just got BF1942 you will have to also download DC. I still see many people playing that.

    Pirates is a blast. EoD is another great mod. It will be even better when it's released for BFV. Some people like DC. Galactic Conquest, I-82, Forgotten Hope, Merciless Creations (client side modifications only) are all great for BF42. That is what makes BF42 such a great game. The mods have been awesome.

    When Galactic Conquest comes out with their latest version, you can bet we will be playing it on our server. Until then, drop anchor and have an ale!

    The Mods was a main factor in the purchase.
    I picked up the WWII Anthology Pack.
    Includes Road to Rome Secret Weapons and all patch are up to date.
