I did not really win though. I had to look it up.

Actually this contest is just really hard in general.
First I think you have to start out with a few words at least. Maybe 2 or 3.
Maybe also give a clue with each word. First clue free which should be the year itself or at lest the decade.

You guys should stay with more mainstream songs if you do not want it to go on for too long. You cannot make it too easy though so I understand that is hard. Some songs that are never heard on the radio but just on a CD someplace are just REALLY tough. 😉

Good points Pal. And good guess on the band name for sure.

Trying to make it something that people won't get immediately but will have fun trying to figure out is a tough balance. For instance I thought that this song was pretty well known and the first line being the same as that Tears for Fears song would throw people a bit but it would be figured out.

I guess that is why we are doing these warm-up runs.

Sarge originally started with Spice Girls but figured it'd be too easy on all of you.
