This is undoubtedly one of the biggest rifles around at any price! Its simplicity is its greatest virtue, being easy to operate and maintain. The ingenious recoil absorption system causes the whole action to move rearward each time the rifle is fired, opening the breech and ejecting the spent 14.5mm casing in the process. That's it: no difficult 'big brass ejection' issues one can encounter with other rifles of the PTRD-41's sheer size. Just pull the trigger and this single shot rifle readies itself for reloading!
