    Well, The big movie season is underway. Shrek 2 is out, with TONS of others coming. Personally I am looking forward to Harry Potter, Spiderman 2, Shrek 2 (no i havent seen it yet), The Chronicles of Riddick (I HOPE it doesnt suck) and the Day After Tommorrow (mainly for the effects).

    Day after tomorrow looks fun. I love disaster flicks.

    Chronicles of Riddick? Ehh I hated Pitch Black, which I'm guessing this is a sequel.

    Yeah, Chronicles of Riddick is a sequel to Pitch Black. If they keep the "edginess" of the character I think it would be ok. I think the story may be weak, and i'm hoping its not to overstuffed with special effects. On teh flip side, Pitch Black had one of the cheapest special effects....film in the dark. 🙂

    My wife is a big fan of Vin and I like Science Fiction, so I guess we will have to see that one. Shrek 2 looks funny. Puss In Boots is great! The original Spiderman disappointed me a bit, but I will see #2, at least on video. I have really taken to the Harry Potter movies, but I'll probably wait until video on that one as well.

    With a pregnant wife, I have been watching a lot of DVD's and expect to keep it up. :-)

    You know, I here they found what causes that condition. The first spiderman movie I was iffy on. I've read all the Harry Potter books, and although Harry is a twit, the books are well written. Shrek 2 looks HILARIOUS and I've heard great things about it. Just have to get out of weekly debt and get some spare change to go see them.

    People still go out to see movies? The last movie I saw in a theatre was the first of the Bourne Identity (Great book and pretty good movie). Lots of movies look interesting, I just never get out of the house to see any of them.

    Actually, as long as I can keep my 42" HDTV and DVD player, I'll be content. :-) Thank Best Buy for 24 months no interest financing.

    Yeah I agree, Sarge you need a life. It's not like you have triplets!! ;-)


    FYI saw Shrek 2 last night, it was great, at least as good as the first one, maybe better.

    LOL. That's right - there was one from way back in like the 70's or something right? Forgot about that. Actually I had started to write in that the last movie I saw in the theatre was the first of the new Star Wars flicks, then remembered that I went to see the Bourne Identity. We don't get out much now, and if we do, we clearly don't go to the movies, more likely to Home Depot or to a friends house to hang out without the kids for a bit.
