My Razor Review

    I up-graded recently to a Razor Bommer Control mouse. At first it was ok, but quickly started acting like my old crappy mouse, as I found playing last friday. It wasnt turing at points, and had very very jagged movements. How could this be?? New mouse same problems?? Well after 1 e-mail, and 1 prompt response from the Razor Company, I found out it was driver problems. With very simple instructions I updated, and now all I can say is Wow. This mouse is unbelievable. From an advanced Config set-up to the amazing "On-the-Fly" sensitivity control, I have to say this mouse was worth every penny.

    "On-the-Fly" means by holding in button 4, and scrolling the mouse wheel, I can change the sensitvity levels in game!! Go from mid-range with infantry to high-range with flying in a spin of a wheel. It even has a little display to show your sens. level while scrolling.

    So as for the Razor Boomer Control Mouse, I give it a 4 outta 4. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

    Heres an Update.

    The "Dirt Resistant Ball Trap" is a joke. It gets dirty very fast, and quits rolling. Because of this, and of my ridiculous temper, My Razor mouse no longer exsists. I am very upset that I did what I did, when it would have been easy to re-sell it on Ebay.

    So do you plan on looking at other Mouses or buy something similar yet is belongs to another family of mouses? 🙂

    Oh, damn... that sucks bud. I like my MX mouse; however, the teflon mouse feet dies very quickly 🙁

    MX = teh bomb! But yes, it would be really nice if Logitech sold complete replacment feet...

    I have the MX Duo cordless mouse and I love it. I just wish there was a way to change the dpi. Sometimes feels like i get jumpy movement when I'm zooming in and I can't quite lay the crosshairs on the target. Anyone know of a dpi enhancer??

    I know they are out there... Will try to see if I can find where they were talking about it in the OKGG forums...
